 With the onset of the festive season, Dimapur has been experiencing an abnormal growth in the number of vehicles resulting in total traffic chaos in this commercial hub. Despite several steps undertaken by the Traffic personnel to curtail the congestion, people still stick to arrogance. Despite the fact that Nagaland has 67.11% literacy rate (2001 Census), people still lack in basic moral sense. (Morung Photo)
